My name is Vanessa Barg, aka Chocolate Girl. I am a certified holistic health counselor and chocolatier. My passion for helping others realize their potential is producing real, tangible results in my clients right now.  Men and women from 18 to 61 in New York and Europe are working with me in person, by phone, and via email focusing on their physical and mental health - and accomplishing their goals. I also offer Cooking Classes to help implement a nutritious and delicious diet.

Certified by Columbia Teacher’s College and the American Association for Drugless Practitioners, I received my training in Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
 
In efforts to affect many more people than those around me, I donate 10% of all profits of my Health Counseling Practice to the Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine, and 10% of all profits from Gnosis Chocolate to The Fruit Tree Planting Foundation.
