I really wanted to find a good-tasting & raw chocolate so I could enjoy my *addiction* guilt-free, but I figured tasty + healthy weren't likely compatible, esp. as I found more 'natural,' darker chocolates to be bitter. So I ordered your chocolate on a bit of a lark. Wow, was I surprised. I can't get over how sweet and decadent it is. In fact, I think I prefer it to the sugarized, processed milk chocolates. It almost seemed to good to be true. I am just so impressed with your product and happy that in my slow conversion to a raw diet, yummy + healthy treats actually exist.

I've started sampling with the Simplicity bar, since I am new to these very real, pure, raw treats. Gnosis Chocolate...The perfect treat after a 4 hour training run!!

I thought fairies did not exist anymore.But then one day I met Vanessa-she flew around,sang,joked and at the same time whipped the most delisious chocolate I ate in my life.I will never forget my first bite-like the first kiss:first-subtle,then-rich and lifting me off the ground.

Before I knew about Gnosis, my consumption of chocolate bars was about two per year. Let's say now that both joy of chocolate and consumption have increased - significantly! The flavour (excuse my Canadian) is so rich and so lingering and so without the usual sugar-based gotta-have-more reactions. I love it - Vanessa, I hope you're proud of it - and it's a perfect gift, as many of my friends and relatives know.

Chocolate Girl really is onto something. She is like the Ben & Jerry's of raw chocolate bars with her incorporation of the chunks fill-osophy! It's hard to say which I liked most – I loved the honey ginger for its intensity (so did Pete), the peppermint for setting the bar high on true peppermint flavor, and the blue pomegranate for it's nibby texture and tartness. The Orange Blossom is floral; floral candy is something I have infrequently.

I like chocolate very much and have tried several of your flavors. I find them all to be delicious - but I especially enjoy Super Choc. I have eaten your products in Curacao, The Netherlands, and Italy- a perfect treat anytime, anywhere. Your website looks very professional and I hope to sample more flavors (and of course more of the ones I already know and love) in the future.

I especially like the fruit tree planting facet of your business. The fact of the matter is, these days, conservation is a difficult business. What can we invest in? Yesterday's solutions inadequately cope with today's population (and the mentality of that population), but fruit tree planting is a positive way of reconnecting people with their environment and showing them that in this fashion, their gain is the world's gain and the world's gain is their own as well. The association with a chocolate company is all the more interesting considering the wide range of attitudes, from environmentally taxing to ecofriendly.

I wanted to let everyone know how much I enjoy this chocolate! It is different from the "regular" chocolate I used to eat, but this is so much better. It tastes fresh and healthy and decadent. I'm excited to know that such yummy treats are actually healthy for me. I'll never go back to that other stuff, there is no need!
