I am just dropping by to give you some love. I happened to be at the David Wolfe talk on Sunday and was really excited to see you. I have known of you and your chocolates primarily from GI2MR and WLIR, I have checked out your site but never had a chance to try your bars. The other week I heard you on the Raw Spirit radio podcast. I was so impressed and inspired by what you said. You were probably one of the youngest people on there, but spoke so eloquently!

So when I happened to stop by Erewhon on Saturday night I was surprised and excited to see that David would be there and also excited to see your product right next to the other raw chocolates. I picked up the almond fig bar that night and savored it with my boyfriend on the drive home. Then comes Sunday and there you are! Not a picture but the actual Vanessa! I am starting up my own business doing green smoothie delivery. It's really mom and pop right now. I make green smoothies in the morning and deliver them to my coworkers daily. I started by just doing a green smoothie demo day in the office, to celebrate green smoothie day with The Raw Divas and realized that I loved blowing people away with delicious raw food. So to see you cranking away feeding the people and speaking to everyone that walked by was really what I needed to see. I didn't get a chance to talk to you. You seemed pretty busy and quite honestly I was talked out after following David around the store for 4 hours. I thought it would taste mellow, but it's hella strong and flavorful. It has a kick. I like bitter, and I thought it had plenty of bitter. Not too fatty, but very smooth. Theobromine content was very satisfying. I had the orange blossom and the mint. If I could afford it, I would have one everyday for a week, once a month.

A few weeks back I discovered Gnosis Chocolate while I was poking around the internet, something I am always doing. I truly enjoy researching and trying new products that can help move us to greater levels of vitality and awareness.

I spoke briefly with the owner and founder of Gnosis, Vanessa Barg, and she was super passionate about her business and products. I think it is noteworthy that Gnosis supplies Chocolate Bars to www.sunfood.com, David Wolfe’s superfood company.

One is dense enough nutritionally to last you a week but the taste and vitality boost you get is just awesome.

My favs were Simplicity and Coconut Almond.

I also ordered some bulk chocolate powder. Wow. So much darker and tastier than anything else I have tried. Amazing and very very affordable.

I ordered some more bars and I am going to share them with a local medi-spa that I am doing some consulting for. I plan to use chocolate as a vehicle to talk about wellness and vitality - my passion.

My boyfriend has had severe migraines for years...he WAS getting them once or twice a week. He just told me today, "ya know, ever since I met you (4 months ago) I've only had 2 or 3 migraines"..we spoke about it being the chocolate, I told him about the magnesium, etc. I know it has to be the chocolate bc within the first week we were seeing each other he told me he loved chocolate and I had him try your product, it's all he eats since. He eats at least a bar a day, the simplicity bc he is allergic to nuts. This chocolate saves relationships, I don't know if I could put up with him having migraines that often!!

I got your package today & it was so hard to decide which one to try first. I ended up with the Blackberry Mint and I was reminded of the Peter Rabbit/Benjamin Bunny books by Beatrix Potter;don't know why though-I think I've only read 2 of them anyway.
Maybe they were caught in a berry patch-I don't know. Or maybe it was becasue I've seen rabbits eating my blackberry leaves here. Who knows.

Either way, it's a really good uplifting & refreshing bar. I love the authenticness of the seeds in it. Someone should make blackberry/mint shower gel & tooth paste. And tea. Victoria's Secret should make pj's with pictures of blackberries & mint leaves on them. I guess this bar really went to my head.

I am a dark chocolate lover, but have had to avoid chocolate for years because the caffeine keeps me up at night. I was so thrilled to discover Gnosis chocolates. It is so delicious, good for you, and the flavors are so wonderful. The lower caffeine levels make such a difference, and I can now enjoy a bit of my favorite treat each day. My favorites have been the cool peppermint, almond fig spice, and blackberry mint, but now, the new honey ginger has been added to my list too! It is smooth, with the perfect bite of ginger and sweetness of honey in the mix. This is a great product. I try to always have some Gnosis chocolates in the house!

Chocolate Girl! I was never that big on chocolate. But now that I'm moving towards the Raw Life, and all its ideals, I find that sometimes I crave a bit of something sweet, and mellow, and fragrant, and lush as a treat--and your chocolate is it! I have never tasted one with such depth of flavor or smoothness of mouthfeel. It's so, if I weren't raw or if I were unaware of environmental issues, I'd still never have conventional chocolate again. Because yours is that good. What can I say ? your chocolate blew me away !!! I have done the raw food thing for a few months then fell off track and need to get back on the bus. But during that time I never thought to have raw chocalate, I thought it would be bitter and not so great. I needed a source of energy and you informed me that this would do the trick and I must say not only did it give me the jolt i needed to get thru my day but it tasted amazing. I had to eat small pieces at a time from preventing myself from eating all 4 bars in one sitting. My son who is 6, I’ve tried to get him to try some raw, healthy chocolate but he just wouldn’t go for any of the flavors I tried offering him…until I told him that the Cool Peppermint smells like a York Peppermint Patty or Jr Mint candy (he used to eat those, loves mint)…and he tried it and loves it! If you would make just one itsy, bitsy, teeny, little promise to me, my life will be complete.
