The following terms and conditions apply only to online purchases from Gnosis Chocolate (“Gnosis”) made through Gnosischocolate.com, via telephone, or email. The terms “you”, “your”, and “yours” refer to the customer/purchaser utilizing our Internet site to purchase services or merchandise (“Product”). The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Gnosis.

Returns and Refunds for Online Purchases
I stand personally behind our producst! If there's anything we goofed on, or if you are unsatisfied, please let me know; we're not happy until you are!  I believe the only way a business merits existence is through integrity, quality, and servicing happy customers! Please email us a photo if you are claiming to have received a damaged/incorrect Product. We do not guarantee refund or return, but will work with you on a case-to-case basis and do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied!

Shipped Products
When buying Products from Gnosischocolate.com, you may have it shipped via one of our available shipping options. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. We may use ice and an insulated cooler to insure your Products arrive in excellent condition.  

The shipping rate for orders within the US are a real-time calculation of the United States Postal Service prices as a reflection of the weight of the package and the distance it must travel. USPS charges the absolute best rates possible, and they’re the most eco-friendly carrier, too.  

Priority Mail is our default shipping method for all packages and will arrive to you within 2-3 days of shipping.
Express Mail is a choice you will see at checkout, which will place your order to the top of our list and it will arrive to you within 1 day of shipping! Please note: we can only guarantee Express Mail deliveries.

So fear not, handmade doesn't mean you won't get your order soon; we work quickly and with much Love to get your chocolate to you as soon as superhumanly possible! Shipping & Transit Time
We might be able to ship your order the same day if we receive it before noon, but please be patient and allow 1-4 business days as we make and package your order by hand. You'll receive an email from USPS with tracking information as soon as your package ships.  If this is for a holiday, birthday, wedding, anniversary, event, or any other such celebration and you need delivery by a specific date, please email and call us right away!

Transit Times (once the order is ready to ship)
Priority Mail = 1-3 business days (3 days only for states furthest from NYC)
Express Mail = 1-2 business days - these orders are moved to the tippytop of our list!
International Priority = 6-10 business days plus customs
International Express = 3-5 business days including customs (recommended for summer)

We guarantee all Express Mail shipments. To switch to Express (or if you have any delivery questions) please call if possible and email us right away. Ordering Information and Payment Methods
We are not liable for orders that we cannot fulfill due to causes beyond our control, or for incomplete or inaccurate information being supplied by you or someone acting for you, including your Internet service provider, at the time your order is placed. Such information includes but is not limited to partial or incorrect credit card or payment information. At Gnosischocolate.com for your convenience we accept the following forms of payment for your online purchases: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For your online purchases, you may purchase multiple Products in a single order.
