How Can We Improve? > Agave Concern

Dear Chocolate Girl - I have bought your chocolate in the past and loved it for the taste and the nutritional value, but I have recently learned that agave is not all that nutritious. In a lot of cases it is really a high fructose syrup. Can you address this concern? Have you considered making your chocolate with something other than agave? Thanks. Liz
