How Can We Improve? > In Person Pick Up
Thank you so much for wanting to pick the chocolate at our factory (I actually can't justifiably call it a factory because there are no machines there, so we just call it the chocolate kitchen :) But unfortunately we do not have any kind of retail space / space to accommodate guests and therefore shipping is the only option. I hope to have such a location soon (I've been dreaming of a little space for people to come and enjoy hot chocolate while they wait for their order to be ready! :)
Until then, we use Priority Mail which is the least expensive, most environmentally friendly, and most timely method of delivery!
Place your order online at least 3 business days before you'd like your chocolates to arrive or if you like you can place your order with us on the phone you can call us at 646.688.5549 and we would be so happy to place your order on the phone!

An in person pick up point should be available for those who wish to pick up their order in person and not have to pay the shipping costs. Thank you
