As for the bulk.... It is difficult to have every flavor available by the pound since we are creating all these products 100% by hand. It seems like you've seen this page http://www.gnosischocolate.com/bulk-chocolate/ detailing all of the flavors we do have in bulk and we're hopeful that you can enjoy these and the other flavors in 2oz bar style.

Hello Vanessa,
I recently purchased the bulk chocolate by the pound. I noticed that you did not have the Mayan Heat and maybe a couple of others. Is this by choice or some special reason why all the cacao bars are not available by the pound? By the way, I did enjoy meeting you in September 2010 in NY and I am enjoying the bulk Superchoc!
