here's a snapshot of a few things Team Gnosis is working on for you!

1. RECIPE DEVELOPMENT!

We're playing with switching to Palm Nectar as our sweetener!

We've been using this low-glycemic, low-fructose, nutrient dense, high-integrity product in a few of your favorite products including our Aphrodisia, Superberry Lime, OrigiNibs, and Hot Chocolate. The cacao and nectar crystals will be stone-ground together to produce an incredibly smooth and rich chocolate experience!

Of course, our decisions are guided by YOU! So please let us know how you feel about  the switch. Join the discussion on our facebook questionnaire - the response has been tremendous! We'll also soon be re-launching our  BetaChoc Tester Program so you can try the new recipes at a discount & give us feedback before they launch... Keep your eyes and tastebuds peeled!  

2. GNOSIS GOES TO BALTIMORE FOR EXPO EAST - BOOTH #2326!    

We're heading off to Expo East this week - the largest natural foods trade show around! Our goal? To share Gnosis goodies with the buyers of your local stores, and to connect with others in the biz! If you're going, please stop by our booth #2326 ~ we'd love to meet you!!! 

3. NEW GNOSIS STORES!  

The 200+ stores that now carry our chocolate have come to us  

thanks to your participation in our Suggest a Store Program! Is there a store you'd like to see us in? Would you like to get FREE CHOCOLATE for helping make it happen? And if you're in NYC, to visit Westerly Market - now open again better than ever after experiencing a store-wide fire. They've been the biggest Gnosis supporter since our humble beginning. 4. THE NYC GNOSIS CHOCOLATE SHOPPE!

 

Our Shoppe has been so successful that we've extended beyond our original Pop-Up  Shoppe dates and we'll be open for at least 1 more week!
