Briefly, the following is my review of the chocolates now being carried by our local Heinen's stores.
My Fav, COCO ALMOND (Endurance), Yummy, an Orgasam in your mouth, it exp...lodes with a flourless cake smoothness, nutty, coconut chewiness...pairs well with your favorite Cabernet.
APHRODISIA (Passion), Bitter beginnings bloom into an expresso awakening followed by a dry-fruity finish...don't forget the wine!
SIMPLICITY (Energy), Very mild chalky air...turning to a gritty smooth tongue numbing Zen. Pair with wine.
SUPERCHOC (Vitality), Raw zing, melding into dried sour fruitiness, relaxing into a green grassy poppy finish. Wine, not whine with this.
Pom ACAI (Rejuvenate), Green, green grass of home, nutty with a charcoal essence and a medicinal marijuana finish. Yes, a fabulous wine to accompany.

I just met Vanessa today! I was very impressed with her goals as a company and her comittment to making her business one that makes it a better world for everyone. And of course, the star of the show is her amazing Chocolate. We are 3 generations of chocoholics and this is what I have been hoping to find for my family. Organic, Vegan, Kosher, Sustainable and reputably sourced & Raw. Vanessa, your chocolate is sublime, and inspires great things. Would be nice if all companies conducted themselves as Vanessa's company does.
