Warm up to the fall at the Gnosis Pop-Up Shoppe this weekend with delights created specially for the occasion. Gnosis Founder and President, Vanessa Barg (Chocolate Girl), and chocolatier, Lauren Gockley (Ms. Truffle) will be serving you in person and answering all your questions!

Enjoy the following specials:

The Gnosis Pop-Up Shoppe was created in the same spirit as all of Gnosis’s products and activities - as a response to customers’ requests and feedback. We were warmed and encouraged by their enthusiasm for our chocolate and our mission to support health, well being, community, and awareness of environmental and societal conditions, and to shift the marketplace towards shelves filled only with high integrity products.

We thank all of you who have visited our Pop-Up Shoppe - and we look forward to soon welcoming you to our own new store soon!

Gnosis Participates in EAT NYC Event!

Gnosis Chocolate is proud to support and donate to EAT NYC, the October 24 event celebrating sustainable and healthy food that aims to focus New Yorkers’ attention on nutrition, food delivery systems, and the environment, and encourage them to ask their representatives to support Food Day's Goals.

EAT NYC is the New York version of FOOD DAY, a nation-wide mobilization of Americans from all walks of life—parents, teachers, and students; health professionals, community organizers, and local officials; chefs, school lunch providers, and eaters of all stripes—to push for healthy, affordable food produced in a sustainable, humane way.  FOOD DAY is working with people around the country to create thousands of events in homes, schools, churches, farmers markets, city halls, and state capitals.

Senator Tom Harkin (D-IA) and Representative Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) are Honorary Co-Chairs, and the day is sponsored by the Center for Science in the Public Interest, the nonprofit watchdog group that has led successful fights for food labeling, better nutrition, and safer food since 1971. Like CSPI, Food Day will be people-powered and does not accept funding from government or corporations—though restaurants, supermarkets, and others are certainly encouraged to observe Food Day in their own ways.

Gnosis Chocolate’s vision of a healthier Earth and Earthlings is closely aligned with the goals of EAT NYC and FOOD DAY, and friends are invited to join Chocolate Girl and energize themselves with free samples of Gnosis Chocolate.  And, to keep the energy flowing after and far beyond the 24th: multitudes of delicious, nutritious Gnosis products that will also be available for purchase.
