I wanted to let everyone know how much I enjoy this chocolate! It is different from the "regular" chocolate I used to eat, but this is so much better. It tastes fresh and healthy and decadent. I'm excited to know that such yummy treats are actually healthy for me. I'll never go back to that other stuff, there is no need!

I like chocolate very much and have tried several of your flavors. I find them all to be delicious - but I especially enjoy Super Choc. I have eaten your products in Curacao, The Netherlands, and Italy- a perfect treat anytime, anywhere. Your website looks very professional and I hope to sample more flavors (and of course more of the ones I already know and love) in the future.

I especially like the fruit tree planting facet of your business. The fact of the matter is, these days, conservation is a difficult business. What can we invest in? Yesterday's solutions inadequately cope with today's population (and the mentality of that population), but fruit tree planting is a positive way of reconnecting people with their environment and showing them that in this fashion, their gain is the world's gain and the world's gain is their own as well. The association with a chocolate company is all the more interesting considering the wide range of attitudes, from environmentally taxing to ecofriendly.

Chocolate Girl really is onto something. She is like the Ben & Jerry's of raw chocolate bars with her incorporation of the chunks fill-osophy! It's hard to say which I liked most – I loved the honey ginger for its intensity (so did Pete), the peppermint for setting the bar high on true peppermint flavor, and the blue pomegranate for it's nibby texture and tartness. The Orange Blossom is floral; floral candy is something I have infrequently.

Before I knew about Gnosis, my consumption of chocolate bars was about two per year. Let's say now that both joy of chocolate and consumption have increased - significantly! The flavour (excuse my Canadian) is so rich and so lingering and so without the usual sugar-based gotta-have-more reactions. I really wanted to find a good-tasting & raw chocolate so I could enjoy my *addiction* guilt-free, but I figured tasty + healthy weren't likely compatible, esp. as I found more 'natural,' darker chocolates to be bitter. So I ordered your chocolate on a bit of a lark. Wow, was I surprised. I can't get over how sweet and decadent it is. In fact, I think I prefer it to the sugarized, processed milk chocolates. It almost seemed to good to be true. I am just so impressed with your product and happy that in my slow conversion to a raw diet, yummy + healthy treats actually exist.

I am allergic to chocolate. Or so I thought. But then I discovered Vanessa's chocolate. I can eat it with impunity, and I have no symptoms of allergy at all! I don't know if it's because of the processing or the fact other chocolate isn't organic, or what. And on top of that, Vanessa's chocolate is even more delicious than other chocolate. In fact, after I started eating it, other chocolate doesn't taste good to me anymore!

I have a skin condition I have had for well over a decade. For several years, I have tried to get rid of it. I did a lot of research and tried a lot of things. Some things made it worse. I did find several things that help, but it is very slow, waiting for it to heal. But then I read that chocolate will help improve circulation. Certainly improving circulation through damaged tissue would help it heal. At that point, I was looking for some good chocolate, but the chocolate I found simply tasted too "rich". Once I found Vanessa's chocolate, I knew that I had found the answer. At this point, I asked Vanessa to work with me, and we designed a chocolate that had some of the things I discovered help me, as ingredients. I have been eating a little of this chocolate daily for several months, and probably 10% of the damage has healed. This may not sound like much, but after well over a decade with no significant improvement, this is exciting! It is now part of my program, and I will keep eating this chocolate as long as I can.

Vanessa is good to work with. And the chocolate has another side benefit. It doesn't make me feel like I am getting sugar, because I'm not! Nor does it contain any of the highly damaging artificial sweeteners. This means that it won't aggravate my hereditary tendencies to unbalanced blood sugar. And I have been slowly losing weight. I have lost about an inch of girth. Given that I had been unable to lose any weight at all for well over a decade, that is also very exciting. It is known that chocolate does help people lose weight, but only if it doesn't have the sweeteners that replace the weight that has been lost.

I highly recommend Vanessa's chocolate to anyone, and I also recommend her skills at designing chocolate for therapeutic purposes.

Thank you Vanessa for spreading the love with your nutrient dense super food chocolates. The SuperChcoc bar is my personal favorite because it combines some of the highest antioxidant foods in the world mixed with mineral rich roots like maca and ginseng, you simply can not go wrong. The taste is out of this universe. Rich dark chocolate with a subtle sweetness that only lingers after I eat it. I feel more alert and always happy. Less is more, so a piece will keep me going for half the day. The cashew goji cherry bar is my second favorite because it keeps me balanced with the cashews and goji's inside and the texture is just perfect.

Thank you once again for creating such soul satisfying and hand crafted chocolates that are filled with infinite love and abundant health qualities. Every bite is a magical experience.

I have to tell you that i bought one of your small chocolates .... the one with the kitchen sink in it! Hi Vanessa. I met you a couple of weeks ago outside the Health King, was doing the Cell-nique demo. After that I bought your Orange Blossom chocolate . . . it was deeelicous. Loved it and the aphrodisiac effect was no joke. I tried a piece and wanted to take my clothes off! Left me wanting more . . .

I just ate the almond bar, wow! Well, I had a little here and a little there and just finished the last third. It was a big day so I thought I deserved some chocolate. And it was soooooo good it was hard not to finish it. I will order some from you to give to my clients at the holidays.

I tried the bars for the first time recently and really love them. Other organic chocolate bars don't taste as good.

Also, they really care about getting the bars to customers as I found out after there were several problems in a row that resulted in the worst customer service that I had experienced in online ordering but Vanessa took especial care to rescue the order and shepherd it through the process to get the package shipped.

The order came a short while ago and I want you to know that it got here in good shape. The ice packets were melted but the chocolate was not. Thank you so much for the Acai Bars that you complimented me with because of the delay in my order. I decided to try one of them first. I was greatly impressed with the taste and am focusing my mind on the fact that they are doing their duty of anti-oxidizing my body at the same time as indulging in sweets. Wish I could sample them all but I would rather not go over board.
